1. Safety information

Here at Beezkneez castles we pride ourselves on having the best electrical equipment around. We believe that this is one thing that you should never compromise on.

All of our electrical equipment complies with the IEE regulations 16th edition. Each castle is supplied with a mains box incorporating a regulated current operated circuit breaker for protection against electrocution.

All cables have shower proof outdoor plugs and sockets.

Along with all of the above our equipment is also PAT tested and supplied with oil retardant cabling.

2. Public Liability Insurance

We are a responsible bouncy castle company. Your enjoyment and safety and our reputation are paramount importance to us. Beezkneez castles has Public Liability Insurance up to £5 million to cover equipment and staff. This satisfies Government requirements for school property.

Unlike some, we insure every one of our bouncy castles! Not just 1 or 2 but every single one. This means that you can rest assured that whether we are hiring out 1 or 10 of our castles on the day of your hire, then each and every one including yours, is insured for use on that day.

Our insurance covers the bouncy castles and bouncy slides and our workmanship when erecting the bouncy castle or bouncy slide. Our operator will ask you to read carefully and then sign our Terms and Conditions and then issue you with a set of Health and Safety instructions. Our operator will also point out any possible hazards such as washing liners etc. Once we have left the site responsibility for the supervision of the bouncy castle or bouncy slide and the safety of the users rests with the hirer.
