Bouncy Castles Questions

1.How much space will I require if I’m booking an inflatable for my garden?

At least 2ft either side of the castle and 5ft in front of the castle for the safety mats and blower.

2.Are the inflatables suitable for inside and outside?

Most of our castles come with a built in shower cover, therefore our castles are suitable for indoors and outdoors. If your castle is for indoor use, please measure the ceiling height ( if unsure please contact us before your event).

3.How do we pay?

Bank transfer, 3 days before the hire, or cash on the day of delivery. Worldpay will be coming soon, please keep updated via our Facebook, when we start using Worldpay.

4.How long can we hire a bouncy castle for?

Usually from 2-8 hours, if you require a longer rental from 2-14 days please contact us on 07917 042 099.

5.What if I have Astro turf?

Astro turf is classed as hard standing, we will not place castles on hard standing surface, unless its indoors. This is due to strict health and safety rules.

6.Are you insured?

Yes we hold a 5 million public liability insurance (certificates available upon request)

7.What happens if I need to cancel my booking due to bad weather?

We will keep all our customers up to date on full weather reports, if winds are above 24 mph we will have to cancel our bookings due to health and safety. But if you wish to cancel for any reason we offer a free cancellation as long as the castle is not on route to be delivered.

8.How long does it take to set up the bouncy castle and deflate the castle for pick?

It only takes 15-20 minutes to set up and de-rig our equipment.

9.Will you supply the safety instructions?

All safety instructions and contracts are supplied with all our hire equipment.

Hot Tub Questions

1.How long does the Hot Tub take to set up and collect?

Depending on flow of water, it will usually take our staff 2-3 hours to set up a full party hot tub package. Collection takes no longer than 1.5 hours.

2.How long does the hot tub take to fill up?

This depends on your flow of water.

3.Can I use the hot tub on the day it’s installed?

If we get access to hot water on the day of installing, in a lot of hires we have had it up and running before our staff have left. Again this all depends on hot water supply (tanks and boilers)

4.Will I be given instructions on the day?

Yes we supply instructions and contracts on the day of delivery.

5.What are the hot tub delivery days?

Usually Thursday-Monday, please contact us if your you require a longer hire.

6.How long can I hire a Hot Tub for?

Our usual hires are 5 days, however we do offer one week or longer. Please look out for our special deals on the Hot Tub Packages

7.How long can I sit in hot tub for?

Recommended is 20 minutes at a time.

8.Do I need to shower before and after using the hot tub?

We recommend anyone using the hot tub to shower before entering the tub, this helps to keep your hot tub clean for longer. It is very important you ask everyone using the tub to shower after use to wash of any chlorine.
