All our castles come with a valid PIPA/RPII test certificate which is carried out by a qualified inspector and all electrical equipment are PAT tested annually we also hold full Public Liability Insurance of upto 5 million (available upon request)

Please allow at least 20 minutes before and after your event to allow our staff to set up and dismantle equipment.

The following information is important! We will be unable to set up your equipment if you do not comply with the following requirements.

• Please ensure that the access area is clear of all litter, rubbish and animal waste.
• Please note that we don't place a castle on concrete or astroturf outdoors and the surface MUST be flat.
• Delivery drop of is between 7:30-11:30am and is run by postcode and pick is between 5-8pm for outdoors hires.
